The location seemed marvellous and stunning very close to the lakeside. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and multi-channel TV, a sitting area and ironing facilities inside the room.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Brenda at the front desk, provided impeccable customer service throughout our 21-day stay. The hotel owner and manager, Armando, was always available to assist guests and was hands-on with tasks around the property. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with super clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and the grass grounds with a shade palapa, were wonderful areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the beach, good restaurants, and the market.

We ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The location was marvellous and beautiful for visiting bars and pubs walking distance to the hotel. By the way, a lake and a hill where walking distance to the place.
